An experienced entrepreneur, David Raminfard heads up two different companies, Kaslen Textiles and New Point Fabric, serving as president and CEO. In his leisure time, David Raminfard enjoys hiking the trails of Temescal Canyon Park.
Nestled in the Pacific Palisades area just west of Los Angeles, Temescal Canyon offers a myriad of scenic hiking options for those looking for an outdoor excursion. Hikes range from beginner to advanced levels and almost all offer picturesque coastline views. The smallest hike checks in at 2.6 miles and is a standard loop around a small area of the park. Longer hikes connect with trails near Sunset Boulevard, Skull Rock, and the Bienveneda Trail extension. Navigating all three will take you over about 5.6 miles in total. For those feeling more adventurous, a larger number of options are available if one is willing to traverse the Rivers Canyon Trail into Will Rogers State Park. While the park does charge for parking, hikers can park for free on Sunset Boulevard. Also, keep in mind that there is a strict rule against taking dogs on the Temescal Ridge Trail.
